I have spent the last 20 years hunting & cooking & eating wild game. Cooking with family and friends has always been at the center of my life. Being able to make a dish and share that with the people I love is one of the most universal concepts because it’s at the root of our survival. We all have to eat, and being able to learn how to make a recipe and share it with your fellow humans is one of the oldest traditions of mankind. 

I’ll be honest. I don’t ALWAYS eat wild game. Sometimes I eat chocolate ice cream. And I am obsessed with peanut butter filled pretzel bites. But over 90% of what me, my wife, and our 8-year-old daughter consume is something I hunted or caught. Here you’ll find recipes for venison, duck, goose, pheasant, beaver, rabbit, and more.
